Bad Information the Magazines Tell You Part 3

Did you ever notice how thick the typical Muscle Building Magazine is? And did you ever notice how little of it is really articles? Did you ever notice how they have FAKE articles about different supplements? I know it says advertisement at the bottom of the page of the fake articles, but still. One of the things I notice is that the magazines are constantly pushing a new supplement, a new drink, a new protein. It is almost as if the Magazines were in cahoots with the Advertisers!!! Hey, wait a minute. They are. Look who publishes the very magazine that is telling you to buy their New Improved product or you won't get the gains that you have worked so hard for. Its the very same people!!!

I find it a little troubling to see how they keep their Editorial Integrity when they are the same people pushing the supplements. That would be a very difficult job. But what you really need is INFORMATION. Information on actually building the body you work so hard for. And I'm telling you you will find it in No Nonsense Muscle Building. Vince DelMonte's book shows you how to do the right exercises and when to do them. Not like the magazines which show you the WRONG exercises so that you will keep buying their supplements, drinks, and pills. You owe it to yourself to give this book a read.

Bad Information the Magazines Tell You Part 2

Did you ever notice when you look on the shelf at your local Magazine rack that every bodybuilding magazine claims that they have the system that will work for you. Isn't that a little bit unbelievable. They can't all have the answers considering that they all have a different system this month. Did you ever sit down and think about that. The reason they all have the answers is that they are really keeping the true answers from you. You wouldn't buy another magazine next month if they gave you the answer this month. Sure, if you follow their advise you'll probably gain a little weight, build a little muscle and increase your strength a little. But is a LITTLE what you are shooting for? The odds are 6 months from today you will look just like you do now, and you'll be pissed off.

You need to read No Nonsense Muscle Building by Vince DelMonte. He is a real person who has taken all of his knowledge over the years and boiled it down to this extremely interesting book. He is an Award Winning Body Builder who is sick of all the bullshit put out there and wants to help you get the body that you deserve.
